These terms govern your use of GymHearth. By creating an account or using a gym page or member app powered by GymHearth, you agree to them.
1. The service
GymHearth gives gyms tools to manage members, memberships, classes, check-in, coaches, payroll, inventory, an online shop and a public gym page. Members use the platform to join gyms, pay, book classes and sessions and track progress.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
- Gym owners are responsible for the staff accounts they grant access to.
3. Gym owner subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, as shown on the pricing page. A new gym stays locked until the owner buys a plan.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Memberships between gyms and members
When a member buys a membership, class or product from a gym, the contract is between the member and that gym. The gym sets its own prices, cancellation and refund rules and is responsible for its facilities and services. Payments are processed by Stripe on the gym’s behalf.
5. Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access other gyms’ data or interfere with its security or availability.
- Don’t upload unlawful, infringing or misleading content to gym pages, the blog, reviews or the shop.
- Don’t use notifications to send spam or messages people haven’t agreed to receive.
6. Your content and data
Gyms own the content and member data they put into GymHearth. You give us the rights needed to host and display it to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
7. Health and safety
Workout programs, AI-generated plans, recipes and progress tools are for general information only and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep the service available and secure but can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may update features over time.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GymHearth isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Gym owners can export their data before closing an account.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will notify account owners of material changes. Questions: hello@gymhearth.com.
